MONSTER TRACK VIDEO
Diablos videos always have a certain 'feel' to them. I like this one. Its great to see so many friends captured candidly. Diablo is an inspiration on the street as well as behind the camera with some gritty, raw, in your face NY shit! Peep SuperTed at the 5 minute mark. Homie was wilin' out all day.

Sink or Swim x Burro Bags
“Our good buddy and Team Burro rider, Zack Fortune aka Furoche is going on tour with the Misfits doing something or other and he wanted nothing less than a Burro Roll Top to take on the road. We saw the occasion as the perfect opportunity to do that collabo we’d always talked about with Zack’s apparel start-up, Sink or Swim. His website is still under development but you can see some more designs on his Flickr. We’re pretty stoked on the result.” – Burro Bags

New Transient
Back in Decmember, Alex at Transient Bags had asked me to test out a prototype sling-style messenger bag for them here in ny. Of course i said yes, we went back and forth for a while with some changes. In April, Transient released to final version which i luckily got one of in the mail yesterday. Let me just say im really happy with it all. Its light, huge, anti-copper stash pocket big enough for a quarter lb, (cheeseburger that is), bigger pockets, longer straps, a great buckle system and over all its just really really comfy. I cant wait to really work the hell out of this. Check em out, they are really next level when it comes to ease of use and packability.

Derek Dazzle
If you're on trick track then you probably know of D4ZzLe, he's got something to say about nearly every topic. Recently he began experimenting with what can be done through depth of field, and has been perfecting a technique of creating heart shaped bokeh, instead of the traditional hexagonal shape that you get from the size of our aperture.
To see more of Dazzle's examples check out his Tumblr, or visit his Flickr to see some more of his photography.

Save The Bike Messenger!
Got my Save the Bike Messenger pin from CogMag in the mail yesterday. I think these are pretty cool. Ive been a messenger for about 6 years now, and each and every year there is room for less and less riders on the street. Its gotten to the point where you just dont see the guys flying around anymore like they used to. It seems, these days its all about having a well-paying gig or a guarrantee rather than who is the fastest since the work just isnt there.
That being said, messengers will always exist in one form or another. If you see me on the street today, ill have a few of these for my messenger homies so holler!
